RelayHive is a multi-channel notification relay platform that enables users to connect webhooks and various input sources to multiple output platforms including Slack, Discord, Email, SMS, and other notification services. Our Service allows you to manage, route, and deliver notifications across different platforms from a single interface.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

5.2 Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our notification relay services. Any data sharing with integrated platforms (Slack, Discord, etc.) occurs only as necessary to deliver your notifications and is governed by your explicit configuration and consent.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RelayHive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our notification services.

8. Third-Party Services and Open Source Software

8.1 Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with various third-party platforms (Slack, Discord, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.

8.2 Apprise Open Source Library

Some of our connectors utilize the Apprise notification library, which is licensed under the BSD-2-Clause License. We acknowledge and thank the Apprise development team for their contribution to the open source community.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
